Supply Alert - Enable the Market Planner to be able to raise Local Alerts (local level only)

Problem Statement

To enable the management of local alerts, this will be the responsibility of the market demand planners. Local alerts will be issued out of the Supply Alert module.

We require to enable to Market Demand planner to be able to raise alerts in the platform, only for the local level exclusively

Acceptance Criteria

• BSL are enabled to generate/update all kind of alerts
• RSL are enabled to generate/update all kind of alerts
• Market Demand Planner are enabled to generate/update only Local Level alerts
