Creating 2 separate categories of MOM (MOM Plant and MOM Mkt) instead of currently used one: (MOM)
- MOM Plant visible for AMP & PP/CS/ES roles
- MOM Mkt visible for AMP DP, DSPF roles
- Both MOMs can be entered by AMP only
