Supply Alert - Creation of a "Sent To" report for admin and BSL's

Problem Statement

The personas publishing Supply Alerts require a report to understand the audience receiving the alerts they are broadcasting.

The list of recipients is driven by the selection of products / BUs / Sites / Regions / markets matching corresponding subscription profiles.

Acceptance Criteria

• Next to the "Publish" button, inclue an "i" button opening a pop up window allowing the publisher to see the list of recipients
• List should be downloadable 
• Fields to be display in the table User Id / NTID / Role
• Role may not exist yet in our DB but can it be fetched from pgs_udh_cdm.bi_lanid
