PCM - Enable Management of MD elements with Keys instead of Descriptions

Problem Statement

Certain MD elements may go through changes of description over time. Most of those elements have both a Key and a Text Description. Most of those MD drop down in PCM are showing description and we end up with records that show multiple descriptions for the same elements.

Can we look into connecting the keys so that everytime a change of text description occurs, it always reflects the lastest one uniformily in the platform ?

Acceptance Criteria

Connect all MD that are key enabled (GRP, brand, sub brand label name, product, sites) so they alwyas fetch the latest text description available
