Project Name field not visible for all records in ENTER REF/SHOW REF boxes

As a market planner, I would like to see the Project Name field in the SHOW REF/ENTER REF tables, so that it helps me make an informed decision of choosing the appropriate EVENT ID.

Acceptance Criteria

Project name is already a visible column in the SHOW REF / ENTER REF screens, some of lines show values and some don't. Check in the Raw data is all records have a project name or not...check if brought in consistently on front end.
