Scenario 1:
Given: New PAC is created with change already Implemented as No and target site Implementation date is populated with future date
When: PAC editor opens the PAC and update "Change Already Implemented" field to Yes
Then: Target site Implementation date should be cleared.

Scenario 2:
Given: New PAC is created with change already Implemented as No and target site Implementation date is populated with future date
When: PAC editor opens the PAC and navigates to Files tab, upload file and do not click on Save changes button. navigate to details tab
Then: User should be navigated to details tab without any popup.

"Target site Implementation date" is not cleared when "Change already Implemented" is changed from No to Yes. Note: when "Change already Implemented" field is changed from Yes to No, the date is cleared.
"Target site Implementation date will be cleared" popup displayed if navigated to Details tab from files tab without clicking save changes.
