As a user I need to be able to submit NOR for scenarios PC1 & ES20 in a different maner that for STD. for PC1 & ES2O I need to type manually order reference from customer and PO item ( it is order line) fin the grid.

Grid will be inactivate for STD scenario, only active for PC1 and ES20.

For PC1 and ES20 fields with reference & PO item are mandatory. Warning to be displayed to make impossible to submit NOR without adding value in those fields.

Steps for reproduce:

Expected result:

The PIR grid should be loaded and user able to see the Order AG Grid.

Actual result:

The PIR grid is not getting loaded, and Order AG Grid is not getting displayed.
