The PC1 Planner role is not enabling the Upload and Vetting button in the UI

      As a S2O user (any role) I want to have the system to save the master data MOT into the order MOT.

      Windows/screens impacted.
      Submit NOR
      Enter planned order
      Upload (Nilesh)
      When taking any of these action, the MOT field of the order is populated with he MO coming from master data.
      I addition to the MOT, the CustomerPO# must be populated with the STOOrderNumber.

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Change the role access to PC1 planner.
      2. Go to UI, login to the S2O portal.
      3. In home screen Upload and Vetting buttons are appeared under the switch view.
      4. Observe the results.

      Expected result:

      User should be able to see the Upload and Vetting buttons enabled for the above role access.

      Actual result:

      User is not able to see the Upload and Vetting buttons enabled for the above role access.

      Note:

      User is unable to see the buttons for Admin role access
