SPA - October Release Required Modifications - Part 3

Change 1:

• Move “Source of Value” drop down from Execution to Strat attributes tab.
• To avoid messing up the UI, it can maybe be placed under the initiative description text field ? See enclosed screenshot ?

Align the box to the bottom and leave the right side empty for now
