Change 1

• Change “Initiative Description” in first tab to “Initiative Strategic Context and Description (PLAN Deliverables)”

• Change “Support Needed” in second tab to “Support needed from stakeholder(s) or escalate to”

Change 3

• Change “Actions to get back on track” in second tab to “Actions to get back on track (ACT)”

Change 4

• Can we increase text font size in the various text input fields?   Ideally we equalize the font size to a bigger size closer to the one used in the different drop downs. Please see enclosed screenshots{}

• Error message when adding new initiative when all yellow fields not are not filled out or incomplete….  Error message needs to be more specific. Please use below.
