Error message No Valid Tlane is appearing for all the records uploaded in the Upload screen and Backend Process

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to the S2O portal with valid credentials.
2. In home screen, click on the Upload button under the Switch view.
3. The Upload screen is displayed with DL, Process, File name in the page.
4. Select a process (here: PC1) and browse a proper file.
5. Click on Upload button.
6. Observe the results.

Expected Result:

Records must be allowed to be accepted for the proper data.

Actual Result:

Records are not allowed to accept, and system is throwing the following error: No Valid Tlane.

Note:  The above issue is appeared for all the upload processes from UI and backend as well
