• Regulatory business line - pick from BUSINESS_UNIT

Main Table:

• Add on hold and on hold justification in front end 
• unique PCF ID in single line in the main table 

Sub Tables:

• First 6 tables - use RA_Status
• to be assessed - use filing_action_Name
• for CMC assessment, logic to be double confirmed - CMC assessment but date will always be there  
• CMC assessment table - CMC_RA_Status to be added as additional column
